Shipping update October 2022
We're expecting orders to be considerably delayed for the rest of this year due to strike action planned by Royal Mail in October and November, with further strikes likely in December.
We're picking, packing, and despatching as normal, but in many cases, collection and delivery are not happening as they once did.
As such, we urge you where possible, to choose DHL delivery at checkout for your order. This is especially important for orders needed by a specific day.
If this isn't affordable, allow considerably longer lead times for your order to arrive.
We've investigated options to overcome this challenge but as a small independent business, unfortunately, changing delivery partners is not currently a viable option.
We'll keep you updated if anything changes.
