Fulfilling your order

We usually despatch your order within 2 working days. 

Our Express delivery partner aims to deliver your order the next day, so your order will take approximately 2-4 working days to arrive. It costs £6. This service is fully tracked and interactive with estimated delivery hour, and the option for "safe place" and "leave with a neighbour" delivery. This does not include Saturday delivery.

If you order before 12pm, your order could arrive the next day, but this is not guaranteed. 

Our Standard delivery partner aims to deliver your order in two days, so your order will take approximately 4-6 working days to arrive. This option is fully tracked and costs £3. it is free if your order is over £50.

When your order has been despatched you'll receive a shipping notification and it will be on its way to you. Once it has been shipped, it is up to our delivery partner to get it to you.

Courier Saturday delivery £20 - if your order is placed before midday on a Friday and you need it for the Saturday please choose this option.

Pre-order items

If you've bought an item on pre-order, take note of the despatch date on the product page under the pre-order button. This will tell you when your item will be despatched. If you've bought multiple items in one order with a pre-order item included in that order, all the items will be despatched in one go, once the pre-order item has arrived. If you need items not on pre-order sooner, process them in a separate order. 

EU customers - customs & taxes

We offer a delivery duty paid option for our EU customers which includes customs clearance and VAT paid for you to avoid any surprises when your parcel lands in the destination country. The costs of this are calculated at checkout and are based on your location.  This is only applicable on orders under €150.

International customers (non-EU) - customs & taxes

Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside the UK or EU and orders shipped within the EU but totalling more that €150. These will vary from country to country. You will be contacted by your delivery carrier if there's a customs charge to pay.

All prices shown on our website include VAT (sales taxes) as it is compulsory for us to list products with VAT (sales taxes) included. If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU the VAT (sales taxes) will be knocked off automatically at checkout. This will also be the case if you order in the EU and your order is over €150.

Different prices apply depending on where you are, your parcel can arrive in as little as 2 days and the service starts at £20.

International Standard:

This is a road rate for the EU only and will take 4-6 days to arrive. The cost will depend on where you are.
