Slide it on the side of your ear and gently squeeze it to secure it.
Be aware that if not properly secured to your ear, your cuff can come loose. To minimize the chances of it falling off, wear it as pictured and make sure it feels secure when you put it on.

I like adding a bit of texture with this cuff, and the slightly spiky pyramid motif fits my aesthetic better than the round beaded cuffs. I was able to adjust this tighter to sit securely on my smaller ears, although the larger diameter of this cuff still means it sits lower on my conch than I usually go for. It's a fun look though!
