Fulfilling your order

We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days.

Our UK Standard delivery aims to deliver your order in two days, so your order will take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive. This option is fully tracked and costs £4.50. It is free if your order is over £75.

UK Express Delivery options:

Our Express Delivery aims to deliver your order the next working day if placed before 12pm, this service costs £7. This service is fully tracked via Royal Mail. 

Our Special Delivery service aims to deliver by 1pm the next working day, if the order is placed before 12pm. If the order is placed after this time we cannot guarentee same day dispatch. This service costs £12. This service is fully tracked via Royal Mail and signed for, please do not use this service if no one is available to receive it. 

Please note at busy times of year such as Black Friday, Sale Periods and Christmas, standard delivery may take longer. If you need your parcel quickly please use an express delivery service. This will bring your order priority above others with standard delivery. 

When your order has been despatched you'll receive a shipping notification and it will be on its way to you. Once it has been shipped, it is up to our delivery partner to get it to you.

Pre-order items

If you've bought an item on pre-order, take note of the despatch date on the product page under the pre-order button. This will tell you when your item will be despatched. If you've bought multiple items in one order with a pre-order item included, all the items will be despatched in one go, once the pre-order item has arrived. If you need the items not on pre-order sooner, process them in a separate order.

International customers (EU & non-EU) - customs & taxes

Please note that as of 14th February 2024 we no longer cover international shipping charges. Customers are accountable for settling the applicable import taxes and duties upon the arrival of their orders in the destination country. Occasionally, orders may encounter delays in customs clearance. Regrettably, this aspect is beyond our jurisdiction, yet we endeavor to ensure timely delivery of all items to our customers.

Different prices apply depending on where you are, your parcel can arrive in as little as 2 days and the service starts at £20.

International Standard:

This is a road rate for the EU only and will take 4-6 days to arrive. The cost will depend on where you are.
