Tips for your Black Friday weekend shopping

We're delighted you're choosing to shop with us this weekend! Here's everything you need to know, including tips for how to get the best shopping experience. 

DATES: 

Our Black Friday promotion runs from 00:01 on Friday 27th November - 23:59 on Monday 30th November. 

CODES:

The publicly available code is BLACKFRIDAY20 and will get you 20% off everything on site. 

The mailing list code (for 25% off) will be shared with you when you sign up. If you don't receive this code, contact us and we will share it with you.

Everything online is applicable for 20% or 25% off. 

WHEN SHOPPING:

1. Prepare - make a list of who you need to buy for, and what you want to buy, before you start browsing. 

2. Buy early - we've done our best to be as fully stocked as possible, but demand has been hard to predict so items have sold out. Unfortunately no items can be restocked this weekend. Mili Gold Hoops are on order and they will be available approximately 10th - 15th December. 

3. Buy everything in one order if you can - it's better for the environment and easier to administer if you buy once, and tell us how to package your order in the checkout notes. If you need to send items to different addresses, please process each order separately. 

4. Tell us about your order - if you're buying multiple gifts to be sent to you, tell us what is for whom in the checkout notes - we'll add multiple pouches and label them so you'll know what's what. 

5. Gifts sent directly - don't worry, there won't be any prices or invoices included in your parcel, your receipt is your order confirmation emailed to you.
