How our new rewards programme works and why we've launched one

In July, we ran a questionnaire. We wanted to find out more about what you like, your views about jewellery and what burning feedback you had for us. And you helped us succeed. Over 450 of you turned up with a trove of useful information. You were extremely generous with your time and thoughts. And we are incredibly grateful.

5 lucky winners won prizes. And over the coming weeks, because it's only polite, we'll be sharing more about the gems that were uncovered from the survey and our plans on how to respond to them.

For now though, a lot of you asked for a loyalty programme. So, to respond, within 2 weeks of the survey closing, we launched NUE Rewards.

If you have a customer account, you'll be logged into NUE Rewards automatically whilst you're on our website. All you need to do is look for the gold icon on the bottom right of the screen on your device. You'll automatically start collecting points every time you order. 

If you don't have a customer account, you can sign up for one. Once you have a customer account, you'll be able to start collecting points every time you order.

One of the phrases we hear a lot is "I'm addicted!" (in a good way). And after hearing many people ask for a rewards programme, we knew it was the right thing to do. So, we hope you enjoy collecting points and have fun spending them.
