Will I get my order in time for Christmas?
Royal Mail Fully Tracked (£3.99): Order by midday on Monday 21st Dec. (Orders are now taking one to two days to arrive with this postage option).
Guaranteed Next Day (£8.00): Order by midday on Tuesday 22nd Dec. (Next Day from your shipping notification, make sure you order before midday).
Please note that since Tier 4 restrictions were introduced we have limited intel on how this is affecting the post, but delays are likely.
Deutsche Post, as of Monday 21st December has suspended shipping international orders. We strongly recommend choosing DHL Express for all international orders.
DHL Express (cost dependent on location): Order by midday GMT Thursday 17th Dec.
When will the Mili hoops be back?
Mili gold hoops were in stock during week commencing 14th December but are now sold out. We will be restocking again soon, so we recommend you sign up for a back in stock notification.
Something is out of stock that I want, what should I do?
Please sign up to be notified on the product page and an email will be sent to you when they're available to buy.
If it's out of stock, it's on order. COVID-19 makes production and shipping unpredictable so we can only make guesses as to when things will arrive back in stock.
Will out of stock charms be restocked before Christmas?
This totally depends on which charm you want. Again, you can sign up on the product page for a notification.
If it's out of stock we will have it on order. Any charms we won't restock will be taken off the website so you won't be able to sign up for a notification for them.
To avoid disappointment, unfortunately the Diana charm won't be in stock in time for Christmas.
We work with lots of different suppliers to bring you an eclectic range, this means lots of different lead times. Some take longer to make than others.
How quickly do you dispatch my order?
During the busy Christmas period we'll typically dispatch your order the next working day from when you ordered it, the same day if it's before midday.
Where is my order?
We upgraded our shipping options to a more trackable service on the 8th December.
If you ordered after 8th December and selected the £3.99 shipping option you will have more visibility of where your order is and when, simply check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation.
Once your order leaves us (which is the day you get your shipping confirmation, either via text or email) it will be with your chosen shipping carrier and there's not much we can do until the grace period for delivery ends. After that we investigate if it still hasn't arrived.
