Fulfilling your order

We'll usually pack your order the next working day, this may vary depending on demand, but in general, it will be wrapped and dispatched the next working day. When your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping notification and it will be on its way to you. Once it has been shipped, it will be up to our delivery partner to get it to you. 

UK shipping - Please Note - Royal Mail deliveries might be subject to delays due to the industrial action

We offer a £2.50 shipping option in the UK for all orders that are under £25. This option enables you to send it via Royal Mail first class post, it will not be tracked or signed for. If the item gets lost or delayed it is not insured so we will not be able to replace it.

Royal Mail Fully Tracked: £5, or free if your order is over £50. Your parcel could arrive in 2-3 working days but this is not guaranteed. Its journey will be tracked, and if lost, we can replace it. 

Courier Next Working Day. This service is fully tracked and interactive with estimated delivery hour, and the option for "safe place" and "leave with a neighbor" delivery. To guarantee next-day delivery this order must be placed before Midday GMT the day before you want to receive it. This does not include Saturday delivery.

Saturday delivery £20 - if your order is placed before midday on a Friday and you need it for the Saturday please choose this option.

EU customers - customs & taxes

We are now offering a delivery duty paid option for our EU customers which includes customs clearance and VAT paid for you to avoid any surprises when your parcel lands in the destination country. The costs of this are calculated at checkout and are based on your location.  This is only applicable on orders under €150.

International customers (non-EU) - customs & taxes

Customs charges may apply to orders shipped outside the UK or EU and orders shipped within the EU but totaling more that €150. These will vary from country to country. You will be contacted by your delivery carrier if there's a customs charge to pay.

All prices shown on our website include VAT (sales taxes) as it is compulsory for us to list products with VAT (sales taxes) included. If you are ordering from outside the UK or EU the VAT (sales taxes) will be knocked off automatically at checkout. This will also be the case if you order in the EU and your order is over €150.

International Shipping

We use Fedex for shipping internationally. You can choose:

International Express:

Different prices apply depending on where you are, your parcel can arrive in as little as 2 days and the service starts at £20.

International Standard:

This is a road rate for the EU only and will take 4-6 days to arrive. The cost will depend on where you are.
