A celebrity stylist's view on how to style your party look this winter

We recently connected with Zoe Jervoise Graham, a fashion stylist working predominantly with solo artists and musicians and co-founder of the personal stylist company PS Online Styling

Zoe has 10 years of experience as a commercial, celebrity, and music stylist, and has several years of experience in the fashion design industry. She’s worked with artists including Ellie Goulding, Gabrielle Aplin, Emeli Sande among many others. She’s also founded clothing brands stocked in Topshop and Asos.com.

At the time of meeting, our party collection had just arrived, so we asked Zoe to take a look ahead of launch, and tell us how she’d style new and existing pieces of NUE Hoops jewellery with some of her favourite clothes and accessories. We also tapped her for tips for shopping this season, as well as about her party style icons and which designers she loves most.

Zoe, who is your favourite party style icon?

I have two! I love Zoe Kravitz and Hailey Bieber. Zoe Kravitz has the most ethereal and paired back beauty. She keeps it simple but with an edge. Hailey is similar, but her edge is more ‘high gloss’.

What are your top tips for party dressing this winter?

Always be comfortable in what you’re wearing to a party. Don’t wear something that you’re constantly having to adjust. Comfortable is sexy - the two aren’t mutually exclusive. You never want to be one of those girls freezing in the queue to the club! Throw a jacket over something slinky and you’re ready to go.

What key items will you be looking for this winter?

An oversized black blazer goes with everything and adds an edge to your look. I’ll be throwing it over a slip dress or skimpy top for a simple, chic party look. Some chunky loafers are also on my list to pair with dresses and skirts. Pair skirts (for feminine styling) with chunky loafers (more masculine styling) for a comfortable and contemporary look. I’ll also be looking for more gold jewellery to add to my ever growing collection ; )

NUE Hoops: Calypso Twin, Milla Charm, Mika Charm, Christopher Charm, Gold Bobble Chain, Gold Simple chain

Clothing: Stella McCartney Jacket. Magda Butrym Shirt Dress. Saint Laurent Pink Bag. Isabel Marant Boots

Where will you be going to shop?

I love vintage and second hand shopping, so I’ll be heading to Vestiaire, which is my go-to for designer bargains. I’ll be on the hunt for anything Stella McCartney, Magda Butrym and Saint Laurent.

And which brands will you be shopping from?

For online shopping I think Arket has great quality pieces with the kind of tailoring you might get from an established designer brand. I also love Sandro, Ganni, Zadig & Voltaire, Acne and IRO. For the high street, I’m always impressed by Mango’s quality.

NUE Hoops: Mili Gold Hoops, Caggie Charm, Annie Charm, Gold Bobble Chain, Gold Simple chain

Clothing: IRO camisole. Sandro Biker Jacket. Black & Brown belt. Mango jeans. Dear Frances boots. Wandler bag

Which items from the NUE Hoops party collection would you choose and why?

My favourite piece is the diamond spike [Milla charm], l like that it adds a subtle sparkle to your look and the spiked shape gives a streamlined but edgy feel.

NUE Hoops: Milla Charm. Ruby Gold Hoop. Claudia Emerald Charm. Mini Gold Hoop.
